Convertkit webhook not working

Hi, I am using Pabbly to connect Convertkit to Kajabi. I have received a message from Convertkit with the following message:
"Your webhook has failed 10 times.
If it continues to fail we will disable it."

This is critical to me, my sales depend on this connection working. Can you please look into it as soon as possible?

(The webhook starts with https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/, that's how I know it is the webhook connecting with Pabbly)

Since the Convertkit trigger event is a post webhook type trigger event where Pabbly can only capture the data from ConvertKit API.

We do not manipulate any incoming data from any applications' server end.

Though as a solution you can add the "ConvertKit: Find a Subscriber" action step after the trigger event.

Thank you for your answer, @Supreme . I don´t know what was causing the problem. Finally we had to delete the integrations and create them again, that solved the problem.
