Create a new lead in Zoho when a new customer sends a message on Interakt



I want to create a new lead in Zoho CRM when a new ( Zoho Non existent ) customer messages on Interakt.

The Interakt team suggested I use Pabbly to get help with the integration but I am not able to figure this out

Can someone tell me how exactly need to be done ?

Btw I have been using Zapier for all my other integrations and the process there seems very simple.

However with Padbbly it seems a bit confusing. Can someone help me out wit this

Hi @Aadil,

We do have a way of integrating Interakt with Zoho CRM, through which you can create contacts in Zoho CRM from messages received on Interakt.

All you need is to set up Interakt: Customer Messages / Template Sent Status as the Trigger App by following the steps given below


Following which, you can set up Zoho CRM: Create Contact as your Action App and create new contacts.

I did follow the steps below but I am not getting the Name, contact number etc from the Interakt webhook response.

The only details that I am getting from Interakt is this.

How do I capture the above listed information
