Creating actions in flows fails

Good morning;
I would like to comment that today I wanted to try to restart two flows that I left incomplete and it won't let me search for applications when I create a new action.
Yes, I'm facing the same issue.

Kindly clear out the cache memory of your browser and then try again to search for the applications.
