Creating Deals in Active Campaign | Contact ID issue

Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone has come across this issue and may have a resolution to it.

I'm creating a trigger to create a deal in Active Campaign and when I create the deal I can get success to AC in the creation of a deal, all data comes over fine.

The main issue is that the "Contact ID" which creates the "Primary Contact" is incorrect.

It will only give me options for existing contacts and not create a new one.

I need the primary contact to be the email address of the one being pulled through.

Has anyone come across this or is this a Pabbly issue or AC issue?

To create a deal in Active Campaign, you need to map the Contact Id which you can get by creating/updating contact with the help of the "Active Campaign: Create/Update Contact" action step.
