The Credits Summary page is a powerful feature in Pabbly Email Verification that provides an overview of your email verification credits and allows you to track and manage credit consumption for both single and bulk verifications. This page also includes a detailed log of all your verification activities and offers advanced filtering options for efficient tracking.

Accessing the Credits Summary
  • Log in to your Pabbly Email Verification account.
  • From the Dashboard, navigate to the Credits Summary tab to view a detailed summary of your email credits, including consumption history and remaining credits.

Credits Overview
At the top of the page, you will find the following summary:
  • Email Credits Consumed: Displays the total number of credits used for email verification.
  • Email Credits Remaining: Shows how many credits are left in your account for further email verifications.
  • Total Number of Email Lists: Displays the total number of email lists currently stored in your account.

Credits Log
Below the credits overview, the Credits Log section provides detailed records of all your verification activities. This includes:
  • Status/Date: The status of each verification action (e.g., "Single Verification", "Bulk Verification", "Email Credits Purchased", etc.), along with the date and time of the action.
  • Verification Summary: The email address or email list name associated with each verification.
  • Credits: The number of credits consumed for each verification action (e.g., -1 for each email verified).
  • Folder Name and Email List Name: For bulk verifications, these columns help you organize and identify the folder where the email list was stored and the name of the list being verified.
Example of a Single Verification -
  • Status/Date: "Single Verification" – March 10, 2025, 16:51:33.
  • Verification Summary: "[email protected]" (email verified).
  • Credits: -1 credit consumed for verification.
Example of a Bulk Verification -
  • Status/Date: "Bulk Verification" – March 8, 2025, 17:01:02.
  • Folder Name: "Sales Leads".
  • Email List Name: "Company B".
  • Credits: -1 credit consumed for bulk verification.


Filters and Search
  • To make it easier to find specific logs, you can use the Search bar and Filters.
  • The Filter Actionallows you to filter logs based on:
    • Status: Filter by verification status (e.g., "Single Verification", "Bulk Verification").
    • Folder: Filter by the folder name where the email list is stored.
  • You can apply filters to view only specific activities or logs that meet your search criteria, such as showing all activities for a particular email list or verification status.
Purchasing Credits
  • You can also track Email Credits Purchased. When credits are purchased, they appear in the log with the status "Email Credits Purchased" and the associated credits.
