I'd like to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing for the past week. Despite extensive research, it appears that the level of service I'm receiving does not meet my expectations. I manage 14 websites, and there seems to be a problem with 14 entries not getting recorded on my Excel sheet when clients submit them. To verify this issue, I conducted tests from my end, and while the data appears in the WordPress logs, it is not being transferred smoothly to the Excel form. I urgently request that you address and resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
