Data retrieval error

I am trying to connect google sheets with Bigin Zoho CRM. I was able to connect, was following all the steps. but unfortunately when the data is pulled in there is an error, im attaching a screenshot. The data is not mapped or syncing properly. Please help.

Please allow us some time, we are currently looking into it. Also, do let us know what field type you have selected for "PAIN CONDITION"

I did create a same condition in excel sheet where I type "Back pain, Neck pain or ankle pain" . But in begin its a drop down menu. this is not a mandatory field in Bigin-FYI
