Data saved in Gsheet or MySQL included with field format

Been trying to saved data to Gsheet or MySQL but the data saved are included with the field mapping format, not real data. Been trying using the Raw value but its the same. Please reffer attachment.

1. Hard Refresh the workflow by pressing (Ctrl +F5).
2. Re-map the corrupted fields in the action steps.
3. Save the step and test your workflow

As we can see from your workflow, you still havent remapped the fields and trying with the same old mapped data.
So, kindly reconnect the action step again and remap the fields.

Already done it few times, but when i saved and test request its send those formating code, instead of real data. after i revisit the step, its show the maping has broken. please refer pic.

We have done the mapping for you in your workflow (TEST 2 ) and it should work now.

Seems working fine right now, thanks a lot. What happened anyway? just for info, so if it does happen again then i will straight away on it.

Due to a small and fleeting error your mapping perhaps got distorted for a moment. We can assure you that this wouldnt happen again.
