Data still being altered

Why, when I set up my workflow like this:
Is it altering my data to look like this:
The field name is “mls_id” NOT “Mls Id” for example. This breaks my custom api when you alter my data.
I don't see what your reply has to do with the issue I'm describing. I'm not attaching anything.
