Date Formatter UTC

Jason McCoy — Question ·

Hello,

I'm using the date formatter to get the current date YYY-MM-DD. I'm in Eastern Standard Time. And the formatter seems to be ahead by a few hours. Meaning current date shows for the next day, even though there are a few hours before the next day here locally. Is there a way to correct this?

So when the date formatter grabs the current date, it's based on my time zone?

Thank you!

It's in UTC time zone so you need to select Africa in "from time zone" and "your country's time zone" In "to time zone" Field.
