Date/ Time Change Configuration

Hi,
I am using {{pc_local_human_now}} inside my Google spreadsheet to enter a date time stamp for each new row. It is entered as - 05/30/2022 03:35PM.

Question - How can I change the date format to - 30/05/2022 03:35PM. I have tried using the Date/Time Formater after the Google Sheet entry, as shown below but it doesn't work correctly.
