delay action is offset by 3 hours

I set a delay to send an sms at 8:30, but it was sent at 11:30. How can I fix this?
The first arrow is showing time in UTC+0 and the 2nd green arrow showing time in your pabbly account's time you have setup in settings. So they can be different. Make sure you are passing time in delay until action in UTC+0 timezone, and in API step check if that is executing at your account level timezone or not.
Delay until accepts time in UTC+0 format only.
ok, so "Delay until" only accepts UTC+0, so I can't change that. My only option is to set my timezone at UTC+0 so it matches the "Delay until" timezone.
I tried that, but now the time shown is 3 hours behind. Which will again delay the SMS delivery by 3 hours.
Can you please let me know how to configure it so it's working ok?
