Delay an Action until the next weekday

Hello,

I am attempting to delay my actions to only fire on weekdays between specific times. I have attempted several different ways to interpret the input date as the next business day however the issue I am running into is that "delay" values in Pabbly need to be listed in (YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss). Is there any known solution for this?

My desired flow is as follows:
Trigger: User inputs information into contact form
Action: Adds user to Google Sheets
Action: Sends email/text to user (ONLY ON WEEKDAYS 8am - 6pm)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
