Delay between trigger and gmail

Hi,
I hope you're all good, on my workflow I have a tally trigger then I need to send a mail with condition, but there is a delay between I need to send it instantly is it possible ?
I have seen that when people make the tally, the mail is sent approximately two hours after

Tally's trigger events are descriptive-based webhooks that only receive data from the application. Pabbly doesn't alter any data received from the application.

Hence, it's possible that Tally might be experiencing a delay in sending the webhook response.
