Delay From doesnt work

hi team i want to confirm the "delay until" is not working. it should have continue to the next step. i have cofigured correctly the time zone and it doesnt work. pls help

Please share the name of the workflow along with the task history Id in which you have noticed this.
thank you I already solved it. I converted the date to UTC 1st before using "delay until". Thank you!
