Delete row in google sheets via cancellation in youcanbookme

I'm trying to delete a row in google sheets once a person cancels their appt in youcanbookme. I've successfully been able to use a task to update rows when people reschedule but when trying to coordinate it to delete, I'm not having success.
What values should I be putting in for the "start row number" and "end row number" to correspond to the specific row that needs to be deleted? I've used a row lookup in the prior step using their email since it will be the unique field different from all others.
