While the Deskera's trigger is "Waiting for Response" you have to create a new contact, once you have clicked over the "Save & Send Test Request" button, then make a test submission in Deskera in order to capture the response as a New Contact.
Though we have recorded a sort of video on it, please check that out and let us know if you get stuck at any place further.
