Dukaan webhook integration with Google sheet

I am trying to integrate dukaan with Google sheet, task is running in the background but no data is added to google sheet.

Could you please inform me of where I made a mistake?

As I can check from workflow history, it appears that the data has been successfully added to the Google Sheet.

However, if you believe that the data is not reflected in the sheet, please provide me with the Google Sheet's editor access at [email protected]. so that I can check the sheet and help you further.

I have seen the video tutorial and found the problem.

A few details are not fetching like Locality / Area, Landmark, State and other customized fields which we added in our checkout page.

What could be the problem.

Could you please make a new connection with the Dukaan application by removing the existing webhook URL and adding the new webhook URL? Afterward, please try to recapture the response once again.
