Edit email content facebook forms

I have made the connection and the leads are being sent through which is great but the format is all wrong.

I want to show the facebook lead questions and then the answers. I'm only seeing the answers all bunched together.

1. is the name
2. phone number
3. email address
4. product
5. city
6. yes ot no asnwer to a question

Seems like you might not be passing the data in the correct manner, to pass the question and its answer accordingly.

Kindly manually type the quest once and then map the answer to it likewise.
