Hey team,
I’ve run into a bit of a bind with my Pabbly Connect account. I have multiple workflows running—some for months, others for years. Recently, I received an error notice on one workflow and went in to investigate.
To my surprise, the Edit Logs are completely empty, and the Task History only goes back to August 27, 2025. This makes it nearly impossible to diagnose when and how the issue began, since I can no longer trace back the full history. This is not just for this single Workflow, but all the workflows suffer the same.
Can you clarify how this happened, and why I wasn’t informed beforehand about such a change? More importantly, I need your help to restore the full workflow task logs and edit logs so I can continue troubleshooting properly.
