Email Meeting Scheduler with OpenAI

How would you create an email chat bot where I email a special email address connected to openAI, and email ask it to setup a calendar invite between 2 or more people. It would ask both people what is their preferred time to meet and then suggest a time between both parties, then generate a google meet link and send a calendar invite.
