I have set up work flow - Which has worked fine in the past and stopped working

I have followed the steps to reset etc still not working

Error message is
[TABLE]
[TR]
[TD]email must be an email[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD][/TD]
[/TR]
[/TABLE]

However the field is an email so i am completely lost on it
