I am trying to setup email parsing to trigger specific actions in a CRM that I use for my clients. I was wondering if I can use the same email pcmailhook email address to trigger 3 separate workflows. The reason for this is based off the email subject we are triggering different actions in the CRM, but so far I have not been able to figure out a way to accomplish this without have to set up 3 different email forwarding rules in each clients email address.
Flow:
Email if from X email address - validates off subject to add them to a specific workflow in the CRM.
Any insight or help on this is greatly appreciated.
