Email Parsing - Use the same email to send data to

I am trying to setup email parsing to trigger specific actions in a CRM that I use for my clients. I was wondering if I can use the same email pcmailhook email address to trigger 3 separate workflows. The reason for this is based off the email subject we are triggering different actions in the CRM, but so far I have not been able to figure out a way to accomplish this without have to set up 3 different email forwarding rules in each clients email address.

Flow:

Email if from X email address - validates off subject to add them to a specific workflow in the CRM.

Any insight or help on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Jeremiah J,

You can add a Router to your workflow with three routes. This will allow you to include all three action steps in the same workflow, and the route condition will ensure that only one of these routes gets executed based on the email subject.
