Email/Gmail new file in google drive folder

How do I setup a workflow to search for a new file in a specific google drive folder then email this file as an attachment?

Hi Supreme this did help somewhat. The problem I am having now is when the email is being sent the attachment is only being sent as one page. But the attachment has several pages. Why is the full file not being sent?

I am using the email to fax via my email fax service. The file is a PDF which is 6 pages. But my fax confirmation is showing it is a 1 page fax. And the email is not showing an attachment.
