Emails to Trigger: ConvertKit (Says Success) but Does not go Through

I did a fresh connection to [email protected] Today morning (26th june)

After doing a Save & SEND request, it shows Active but It is not being Sent to Convertkit

Now, what do I do next?

What do I ask ConvertKit Exactly? Do I share some webhook with them so they can check at their end?

Can you check at your end, why are my emails not going through?

We have checked the Converkit action event at our end and it working fine. Seems like the issue is from your account, so kindly contact their support team and report your situation on your concern.
