Error code 400 with Google Calendar

Hi, I'm trying to connect google sheets with google calendar but am getting error code 400

Your Date format is incorrect.
Use Date-Time formatted before google calendar step to change the format.
what happens if the dat and time are split in to sperate fields in google forms?
EX:

how can i still follow this without having data missing or corrupted?
Use Date and Time formatter to convert them to proper format required by Gcal action step.
