Error in workflow consumed all my tasks

Dear support team.

I created a workflow, and I don't know why it triggered events based on an error.

I discovered (too late) that the workflow was continuously retrying, and now I have run out of tasks due to the error.

Can someone from the support team help me figure out what happened and how to prevent the workflow from consuming all my tasks without my knowledge?
I've now managed to disable auto re-execution.
