Hello,

in the new workflow following the lead testing tool—which is being successfully created—an error message appears during the subsequent "Test and Save" step for the Facebook Ad trigger event.

Hello Dorota,

Thanks for contacting us.

This error usually happens because the Facebook Lead Ads form ID you’re querying either doesn’t exist anymore, your app doesn’t have the right permissions, or Meta has changed/deprecated the Graph API endpoint. The fix is to verify the form ID, re‑authorize your app with the correct permissions, and ensure you’re using the latest API version.

Please follow this video tutorial and remove the Pabbly Connect app from your Meta account - https://drive.google.com/file/d/106RDWSd5Cea8qvxzR4xbU5n2hM13Nrf9/view?usp=sharing

Once you remove it, create a new connection in a new workflow. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello Adeel,

This is a new workflow to another instant form. The Pabbly app was removed from Facebook, and the connection to Facebook Ads was re-established, as shown in the video. First, clicked "Save & Send Test Request". Then the test was performed using the testing tool. The error was in the workflow, see attachment.

Thank you.

Hello Dorota,

Can you use the same connection that you are using in the other workflow that is working. Make sure you try in a new workflow with the same Trigger event, New Lead, instead of New Lead instant.

Thanks & Regards,
