It seems that the connection with Whatsapp Cloud API has expired due to which you're encountering this issue. Please set up a new connection with Whatsapp Cloud API and let us know if it help resolving the issue.

Please refer to this tutorial to generate a permanent access token for the WhatsApp Cloud API. After generating the token, try setting up the connection and let us know if this helps resolve the issue.
