error: Microsoft Office 365: Send Mail to Multiple Users

Hi team, trying to send email to multiple users and keep getting the following error:
Error Code: ErrorInternalServerError
Error Message: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.

If i switch base to sending to a single email it works fine though
