ERROR with Facebook Lead - Please help

Hello there,

on workflows that was working properly since weeks, I'm now having errors.

The Facebook Lead is not working properly.

The error was shown like there was an error in the further step (Update or Create Contact in V2).

I make a resend of a lead in the Facebook Lead step and I receive this error:

I already shut down and than turned on again the workflow, as also reconnected again to the Meta account... but nothing.

I hope that you can help me, this is causing to my job serious problems.

Hi @Lorenzo,

Please log in to your Facebook Lead Ads and Pabbly Connect accounts in an Incognito Tab, and establish a new connection with your Facebook account.

Then, click on 'Save & Send Test Request' and capture a new lead in your trigger step.
