Hello, trying to automate order fulfillment from Etsy to Lulu. When testing, seems that the address fields from buyer in Etsy are not flowing to Pabbly. Please advise on how to correct this.

Thanks for reaching out.

As per our last conversation with the Etsy team and they confirmed that buyer email addresses are not shared via the Etsy API when orders are captured. Regarding buyer address fields, there is no confirmed update yet, but since these also fall under buyer PII, they are likely restricted as well.

We recommend checking with Etsy support to confirm whether buyer address details are allowed to be shared via their API.
