Eventbrite New order (All events) api_url: No data

Hello,

I am trying to do the Trigger "New order (All events)" and transfer to our Sales CRM, but the text formatter is encountering an error so I can't fetch the other data. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Hey @Caryl

Seems like you have interrupted the mapping response from the trigger event and because of that the mapped fields went distorted.

So, kindly remap the data or recapture the webhook response again.

Yes, I cloned the workflow. That must be why.

However, the New Order (All events) is not capturing any webhook response even though several orders have been made already. It just keep saying "Waiting for Webhook Response"

Yes, I did and until now it's "waiting for webhook response".

I have another eventbrite workflow with trigger "New Order" for a specific event and it's working fine. But if I try the trigger "New Order (All events)", it's not capturing anything.
