Exact online connection doesnt work - Some error occour (Authorization Code)

there is none because i cant connect
If i try to connect exact online to my account i get this message "Some error occour (Authorization Code)"

it gives me 0 options to connect in other ways so now im stuck

if you could help me with this that would be amazing
