Exploring and Customizing Templates in Chatflow

Steps to Explore and Use Templates

Step 1: Log in to Your Chatflow Account​

Access your Chatflow account with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Template Module​

• Go to the Template Modules section.
• Select the Explore Template section to browse available templates.
  
  
  

Step 3: Choose a Template Type​

• You can select from various template types, including Image Template, Video Template, and Text Template, commonly used in E-commerce.
  
  
  

Step 4: Select and Use a Template​

• Click on the desired template.
• Press the ‘Use Template’ button.
• Once selected, a preview section will open.
  
  
  

Step 5: Submit the Template for Customization​

• This action will redirect you to the Add Template section with pre-filled details.
• Customize the template as needed before submission.
  
  
  

Step 6: Submit for Meta Review​

• Once customization is complete, submit the template for Meta's approval.
• Upon approval, you can start using the template immediately.
