Extract data from PDF invoice to Google Sheets/CSV to standardise data collection

Hello,
I am trying to automate my expense lodging. Currently my vendors email me their invoice as a PDF and then I manually have to input all the data to my CRM software (With Moxie). I am trying to use the Pabbly Email Parser however it can not read the data in the pdf. So I am looking for some way to convert the pdf attachment to a universal file where the data can be properly sent to Moxie. Can someone help please?
