Extracting Text from Image and segregating in multiple columns

I want to extract data from PAN and Aadhar Card and save it in a custom spreadsheet under following columns - Name, Father name, PAN, DOB - For PAN
and for Aadhar - I need to extract and save it similar set of columns

Could you please state the app you will be using to extract the Aadhaar and PAN Card data?

Saving the data in Google Sheets is a fairly straightforward process; you just need to use the "Add New Row" action event in Google Sheets.
