Facebook Ad Leads to Whatsapp API Cloud

Hi, I was trying to create a workflow like this> New lead in Facebook Ad Leads > New message to that lead in Whatsapp

I followed the instructions from the video, but when I was trying to copy my permanent token in the Whatsapp API cloud App, it did not allowed me to do it.

I was not able to delete the temporary token.

Please can someone help me?

Hey @ottovale

As we can see from your workflow, you have correctly authenticated the WhatsApp Cloud API, you only need to pass the phone number with country code without the + sign on it.

E.g. - Enter the recipient mobile number with country code (without '+' sign). E.g. 9198990102XX.
