Customers can now request callbacks in Facebook Call Ad

Hey Guys, if the leads click on the ad in this type of ad ^, they can type a callback message, which their request will be sent to the messenger. I wanted to ask if it's possible to notify/alert a user via email whenever a lead requests a callback.

After careful consideration, we looked into the viability of automating it alas, it is not possible.
