Hi, is it possible that if someone drops a comment on facebook, an automated reply message should be sent to their Facebook messenger?

You can setup 'Facebook Pages: New Comment' as your trigger step to capture new comments made on your Facebook Page post.

Following that, you can add the 'Facebook Messenger: Send Message' action step and use it to send messages to the commenter.
