Facebook Lead Ads trigger not capturing lead data

My workflow "Adsim Care FB Leads" connects Facebook Lead Ads (New Lead Instant) to Google Sheets. The trigger test shows "success: true" but only returns access_token and page id — it does not return actual lead field data (name, phone, email), even after submitting a fresh test lead on the connected form and reconnecting the Facebook account twice. How do I get it to capture the lead fields?
