Facebook leads suddenly stopped working

Why is the workflow for Facebook leads no longer running? The message Required field Text missing appears. The workflow has been running for months and nothing has been changed!

Thanks for the tip, our Facebook agency actually changed the form, which I wasn't aware of. I'm adjusting the workflow now. The ticket can now be closed
