I'm having problems with the response of the bot. It only gives pre-made answers based on questions. I would like to utilize chatgpt assistant to give a response based on the question from facebook messenger.

It's as if you're on the chatgpt platform but on facebook messenger (page).

I am sorry to say but no that is not possible to create a live chatbot in such a fashion. But the provided video will work that way only with the help of the prompt you provide in the Chat GPT action step.

You can try considering using Google Sheets to store information about threads and users. This way, you can easily process this data using other action steps available in OpenAI.
