Facebook Offline Conversions - Data In missing?

Hi there,
I've set-up the Shopify to Facebook Offline conversion task as per the video instructions. However, the 'Data In' analysis is always blank.
I can see that information is being passed to FB Offline Events as a purchase, as expected, but it is unable to match any events, which i know is incorrect as when I manually upload events there are always a high number of matches

As we can see from your History logs and it seems like the mapped labels and the labels which are coming from Shopify's are different. Hence the data doesn't get its relative values.
Kindly re-capture the webhook response properly and re-map the fields accordingly.
