Also, as a troubleshooting step, kindly try setting up a new connection with Odoo and let us know if it helps.

In the meantime, we also recommend reaching out to your Odoo support team, as the action response indicates a server error, which suggests that the issue might be occurring at the API level. Kindly confirm with them if any API-related issue may be causing this error while creating the lead.
