Facing issues while integrating WhatsApp cloud API with pably connect

I have integrated WhatsApp cloud API with pabbly then also in templates, but my templates are not reflecting. I am not able to select templates from the dropwon list neither its capturing my templates if I manually type using map functionality.
Why does this happen?

Interesting to note that what apps notification workflow is working fine but send templates message is not working properly.. please guide me

Seems like you might not have connected your WhatsApp Cloud API action step accordingly and because of that you might not getting the templates in the dropdown.
Please refer to the following video tutorial once and then try again.
Yes there was some problem in permanent tocken.. that is resolved...
