Facing Problem with Update Cell Value on Google Sheet

Hello,
I have workflow where I need to update Cell Value on Google Sheet,
Where based on earlier flow, Pabbly need to update Cell E value to Yes. But after I build this flow, today I start getting data into it and just got an email like below about the error. Please let me know how I can resolve this.

The subsequent step did not work because the data was not found in the lookup step. Please ensure the data exists to avoid such errors.
