Facing problems in deal creation in Zoho CRM

I want to create a workflow that goes like this
Facebook leads> google sheets.> Zoho CRM ( deal creation)
the problem happening with this is, pabbly is able to transfer leads from facebook to Google sheet, but it's not able to create a deal in Zoho CRM from this data in Google sheet. I'm not able to understand whats going wrong.

In the Closing Date field, you need to pass the following mentioned date and time format.
However, we have corrected it and it is working fine.
