Hi @Coco1793,

Click on 'Re-Capture Webhook Response' to capture a new response from your webhook.

Then remap the Mobile number to 'Format Phone Number' action step.

Then capture another response in automation (without clicking the 'Re-Capture Webhook Response' button) and see if that resolves the issue.

Hi, I had already done this and it made no difference. You can see on the past errors that the mobile number changed to 07708844777.

Here is my voiceflow confirming the API was successfully triggered.
